The bit

A game battle is a turn-based story machine. You send out a partner, choose moves, sometimes switch, and ride the win/lose rollercoaster. Strategy with friendship on the line — even in story mode when the rival has suspiciously perfect timing.

Why kids light up

Every turn is a tiny movie decision. The living room becomes a stadium.
